Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us. On cancellation, you will no longer receive The Brand Ledger by email. Paid subscription refunds are subject to our refund policy stated at the point of purchase.
4. Intellectual property
All content published in The Brand Ledger — including but not limited to articles, editorials, data, analysis, graphics, the BL mark, the wordmark and the visual identity — is the intellectual property of Motionwave Ltd or its licensed contributors, and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may:
- Read and share links to The Brand Ledger content
- Quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with clear attribution to The Brand Ledger and a link to the original
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish or distribute The Brand Ledger content in full without written permission
- Use The Brand Ledger name, BL mark or visual identity without written permission from Motionwave Ltd
